Birthday party! Festa de aniversario!

This was a very fun and cool party that I've done and it was for a beautiful family in Boca Raton, FL.

The menu of this party was only appetizers and salad and some good old brazilian recipes as the couple and the family really enjoyed Brazilian cooking.



Menu:
Bacon Wrapped Scallops served with spicy mayo on top in a porcelain chinese spoon
Salpicão de Frango (Brazilian Style Chicken Salad) served in a Martini glass
Bacon Mac n' Cheese with truffle oil served in ramekins
Grlled Polenta squares served with tomato & mixed mushrooms ragu topped with parmesan shaves
Steak au Poivre Crostinis - Crushed peppers encrusted beef ternderloin (filet mignon) sliced and served on crostinis with heavy cream sauce on top
Fresh Figs served on french bread croutons with goat cheese and fresh rosemay spread and topped with a drizzle of honey and prosciutto
Watercress, Mixed greens, grape tomatoes and crumbled queso blanco served with home made mustard dressing.

Esta festa teve somente appetizers ( finger food ou aperitivos!) e uma salada e aumas receita brasileira antiga e que foi um sucesso, quer era o salpicão de frango servido em taças de martini. Ficaram muito bonitas e deliciosas!
