Finally some good yoga classes will be held also in our beach here in Fort Lauderdale, and if they had anything before I didn't know about it!
My dear friend Patty Wallace, that has been teaching yoga for a very long time will be giving yoga classes, starting tomorrow, Sat. Mar.13th, (and it will be every Saturday!) @ 8AM at the Fort Lauderdale Beach, right at the Sunrise Traffic light and Las Olas Blvd beach! It will be $10.00 per person but please do not pay her at the beach and yes after the class and off the beach! As no money can be handled at the beach!
I will be there and I hope to see you there too!

Finalmente vamos ter agora boas aulas de Yoga em nossa praia de Fort Lauderdale e se tinhamos antes eu não sabia!
Minha grande e querida amiga Patty Wallace, vai começar a dar aulas de yoga na praia, à partir deste Sábado(e será todos os Sábados!), dia 13 de março às 8 da manhã bem na praia que fica no sinal da Sunrise e Las Olas Blvd. E vai ser $10.00 por pessoa mas por favor não paguem ela na praia e sim depois da aula e fora da praia pois nenhum tipo de negociação financeira pode ser feita na praia!
