New adventures in my cooking life!!! Novas aventuras na minha vida culinária!!!

This week I am doing a great job consulting a brazilian restaurant here in Deefield Beach, FL. It's the Brazil Connections Restaurant @ 490 W. Hillsboro Blvd right after I95 bridge towards East & their phone number is (954)571-7771. Not that they need to learn how to cook, NO, that's not the issue because the food taste wonderful, I am there to help create new dishes and some a la Carte plates for maybe future new directions of the restaurant and how to help with the presentation of the buffet meals. Estou fazendo esta semana um trabalho muito gostoso de consultoria em um restaurante brasileiro aqui em Deerfield Beach, FL. É o Brazil Connections Restaurant na Hillsboro assim que passar a ponte da I95 sentido East. E não é que eles não saibam cozinha, de forma algum NÃO é isso, pois a comida é deliciosa e o sabor muito bom mas sim para ajudar a criar novos pratos e tambem como criar pratos a la carte para talvez projetos futuros da casa e tambem para ajudar na apresentação da comida no serviço de buffet deles. Então se vocês quiserem comer uma comida deliciosa e bem típica brasileira por favor deêm uma passada por lá e tenha ótimas e felizes refeições, hehehe... e isso eu garanto que vão ter!
